This 2 BR 2 BA Dune Crest detached cottage was recently renovated including a new kitchen and new furnishings. One of the best views of the golf course on the island! LONG, elevated views of two different holes of the Crooked Oaks Course.
the oversized deck has a wraparound view through the oak trees of the 1st fairway and 18th fairway of the crooked oaks golf course The deck also features a full stainless gas grill, a large teak table with 6 chairs, low-voltage lighting that comes on automatically at dusk, and cafe string lights.
inside, walls of glass showcase the views of the golf course and surrounding oaks and palms The kitchen has white modern cabinetry, granite counters, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances including a full-size fridge and freezer with ice maker, full-size range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and a large island for prep. There are dark hardwood floors throughout the house for easy cleaning.
the kitchen is open to the living and dining area The dining table seats 3 comfortably, and the 4th chair is stored in the living room. or, enjoy a meal outside on the deck at the large table and 6 chairs and enjoy the view!
the living room features two reclining leather chairs, and a white futon sofa (sleeps 1 child) There is also a 32” LED HDTV with HDTV programming along with on-demand access. The entire home is full of photographs from around Charleston and Seabrook.
the master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and attached full bath The 4 floor-to-ceiling windows are inches away from an ancient oak tree! There are built-in shelves for storage, two closets, and a small desk and chair. There is also a 39” LED HDTV in this room with over 100 channels and HD programming.
the guest room features beautiful, unobstructed views of the 1st fairway and bunker of the crooked oaks golf course from 4 floor-to-ceiling windows This room has a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath (sleeps 2). There is also a tall dresser, and built in closet. There is a 39” LED HDTV in this room with over 100 channels as well. The guest room is just a couple of feet from the second full bath in the hallway.

4 beach cruisers (all 26”) and 4 tommy bahama beach chairs with built-in coolers and backpack straps are provided for your use as well
