The property is 3 miles from Fort Desoto, which was rated #1 beach in the United States in 2005. Bring your own bicycles to enjoy the bike path which is accessible from our property into Fort DeSoto which is a Pinellas County Park. The park has miles of beautiful beaches where you can purchase refreshments, roller blade, fish off the pier, rent camp sites, launch boats or have any kind of fun in the sun you can imagine! Easy access to interstate highways. Tampa International Airport is a quick 25 minute drive. Beaches and restaurants are 5 minute drive. This is one of the best waterfront properties on the island of Tierra Verde!! Views of Boca Ciega Bay (Tampa Bay) and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge! Cycle to Ft. Desoto then hop on the ferry to snorkeling at Egmont Key. You may bring your own kayak and launch it from our dock. Boat slips are available for a fee. See boat slip fees below.

Bed linen and towels provided. The entire condo has tiled floors. High speed, wireless internet and cable TV provided. The patio has a table and chairs with a water view. This unit is located on the second floor with a private staircase. Ample parking available. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.
