Positive: Room and bathroom were spacious. Comfy bed. Library of books in the lobby. Good breakfast. Attentive workers.

Negative: Found a stained bedsheet when we entered our room. (When we informed the hotel, it promptly sent someone to replace them.) The evening manager was careless; he was just standing around while check-in took ages because there was only one receptionist. This was all in view of the manager who preferred to stand in the lobby area doing nothing rather than assist guests waiting at the front desk.

Summary: A mid-tier hotel, but it could be better
