It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Business Bay and literally 10 minutes from the Bur Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste. The views are glorious looking straight over the Dubai Canal and skyline.

our charming 1 bed apartment is located on the 14th floor so the views are cool towards the bay! greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, swimming pool, games room and cinema so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them
with a open plan sitting room (complete with satellite tV.!!), the bed and dining table fold down to give as much space as possible when not needed. You'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee and enjoy the fantastic views.
the kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

as part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.
there is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is outside the front door as well as other useful shops The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro which is a 12/13 min drive.

please note: if you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.
