you will find beach breaks, point breaks, barrels lefts, rights and everything in between our proximity close to the freeway and 41st ave make it easy to shoot down to pleasure point for a surf, or hop on the freeway easily accessing waves on the south or westside of town!

this 1940's cottage is located on the eastside- the true heart of santa cruz Great food, surfing, coffee shops and a variety of beaches are just a few minutes away. The close proximity to HWY 1 makes this Cottage a great home base for exploring all that Santa Cruz has to offer.
uber and lyft are available but we would highly recommend having a vehicle during your stay here in santa cruz
note: landscaping company will service the property mondays mid day
additional rules:
-no parties or events whatsoever We have a ring security camera at the entry gate and are able to see if people outside your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. This specifically applies to large groups of people. We are ok with visitors within reason.
-please only flush toilet paper and nothing else If the toilet clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

-check-in is anytime after 4pm
-check out by 10am
-self check-in with keypad door entry
-this is a no shoes house All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.
