Next to the park is a cosy restaurant where you can have a coffee or a bite to eat. Stevensweert is an old fortified town and has a beautiful centre with many unique elements. It is one of the most beautiful villages in Limburg. It lies on an island formed by the arms of the Meuse and is therefore also called so.
