the home has an empty lot on each side so you have full privacy during your stay Also, there is no home behind ours. You have total privacy. The home also is equipped with a Generator. Our home can run up to 7 days should any issue arise with power during your stay. Don't risk a power outage during your vacation. look for homes with a generator!
backyard: completely fenced-in backyard for the ultimate privacy and safety for your relaxing stay in the poconos (We are the ONLY home in Arrowhead with a Privacy Fence.) The Fire Pit is surrounded by 6 Adirondack Chairs, and we have all the firewood you would need. Build a fire & enjoy some S’mores! We have an outdoor table to enjoy eating with a large umbrella to block any sun. We have a brand-new grill with a propane tank.
hot tub: year-round We have a brand new beautiful Hot Tub for your enjoyment. The Hot Tub is operational throughout the Winter! We bought the best of the best in Hot Tubs so that you can enjoy it all year long.
living space: fully renovated home Central Heating & Air Conditioning, an electric fireplace that gives off heat, and a 65’ Smart TV in the family room.
eat-in kitchen: newly renovated, new appliances, keurig coffee maker and pods, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher
bedrooms: 1 queen size, 2 twins, and bunk bed with a twin size and full-size mattress Each room has a Smart TV.
front of the house: large deck with adirondack chairs and sofa This spot is perfect for your morning coffee as the sun begins to rise from the back of the house. Or just enjoy a quiet spot to relax.

guests have access to the whole house except the owner's pantry in the bunk bed bedroom That will remain locked so please do not attempt to open them.
we are a short drive from the lake and beaches, 3 pools, and a clubhouse You will need to wear the temp. wristbands when accessing the amenities.

your arrowhead fees are $55 and that is added to the reservation through the booking platform All other fees are paid by the Owner.
please note: the $55 includes 1 gate key for 1 car If you have an additional car, it's $20 per car. You do not need to tell me about that at this moment. That is the info I can collect later.

- membership identification - anyone 12 & up must wear a wristband when using any alca facility, amenity, and attending events
- fire pit has to be off before midnight
