getting around:
we recommend exploring locust lake village and the poconos by car so you can really take advantage of everything the area has to offer! pines lake and east lake are a few houses away so you can easily walk to there, but if you'd rather not carry all your beach gear, there are parking spots at all llv's beaches
it is possible to reach our chalet by greyhound bus to nearby mount pocono or blakeslee then taxi/uber to the house, if you plan on having a quiet reclusive weekend

age requirement: the primary renter on all reservations must by 25 years of age or older Please respect the neighborhood and keep outside noise to a minimum after 9pm.
extra guests: the nightly rate includes up to 6 guests For each additional guest, there is a fee of $50 per person, per night. Please, add the correct number of guests before booking to reflect this fee in the total price.
township registration: our home is located in a community that requires all renters to complete a registration form before arrival There is a $35 rental fee which is INCLUDED in your booking. Only fill out one form per rental, not per person. Please register the first 8 guests over 12 years old, to receive wristbands at no additional cost.
pet fee: we would love for you to bring your furry friend! please, let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet with you We do have a pet fee of $100.

parties: unfortunately, this is not a party house Low-key getaways, birthday gatherings and family reunions type things are totally okay and encouraged! The community requires noise to be kept down after 10pm.
speed limits in the community: the village enforces a strict 15 mph speed limit and all stop signs must be obeyed Any violations are subject to a $150 fine, as per community rules.
