Summary: It was a nice house as part of an artifical large area of many houses. Fortunately this one is directly at the forest edge and surely among the best situated ones in this area. The house is fine and it had 2 bikes included. Though the kitchen could need some sharp knives ;) and the electricity and water prizes are outrageous.
