Summary: Property location was exactly what we hoped for. You can’t see another house from the property looking out to the ocean. You only hear the ocean and birds. It was amazing to be able to walk down to the beach and then on to the reef trail. Be aware that you can’t really snorkel or swim at the private beach as it is too rough and rocky.Viky was great and was quick to address issues we encountered at the house. If you have teens that can’t live without their WIFI, be aware that the WIFI coverage doesn’t extend to the bedrooms. However there is a great screened porch with a big table for playing games and eating.
