Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Unicorn By The Sea has 3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, Breathtaking views, swimming pool, BBQ Grill, and Gourmet Kitchen. The main house has 2 Master Suite Bedrooms on the bottom level and there is a separate cottage with an additional queen bed with full bathroom and kitchenette. The property is very private, you can not see any neighbors and they can not see you. Fish Bay is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the Beach with your loved ones. you'll have a wonderful time stargazing at night and drinking coffee before kickstarting your adventure each day!
the house is equipped with a tesla solar system and backup generator, so you will never have to worry about power going out (a common occurrence on st john) The cisterns have been deep cleaned and the water is treated with a top of the line filtration system, so there is no need to buy bottled water like at most houses on St John. The house has local internet service as well as StarLink (satelite internet) to insure maximum internet reliability. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! We love this property and we're confident you will love staying there as much as we do! Unicorn has some of the most amazing views on the island! You won't regret it :-).

Summary: Unicorn by the sea is a must stay ! The house is clean , spacious and well stocked . The view really is breathtaking! The upstairs kitchen and dinning area is an open air space there is a constant breeze and we never felt the need to use the air conditioning. John was always quick to respond to any questions we had . One of the ceiling fans failed to work in the open air room and in just a few hours John had a Pedalstool fan delivered and in less than a day had maintenance there to install a new ceiling fan . The pool was a perfect temperature and always refreshing to take a dip in . The house has star link so we were able to use our phones , tablets and streaming with no problems , if you have ever stayed in Fishbay you know this is a rarity .I really can’t say enough positive things about our stay . We look forward to our next trip to unicorn by the sea . Thanks again John !
