you'll be in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood a few minutes' walk or drive to downtown johnson city where you can enjoy the summer festivals, music in the park, dinner at a great restaurant, or a cold beverage at one of the breweries We think this is the best neighborhood in JC and we think you will, too.
walk your pup around the neighborhood and spot the trees located in the state-certified arboretum Take your littles to Founders Park and let them run off some of that energy in the large, open field.
we're centrally located to some stellar mountain hikes, the nolichucky river, a few lakes where you can rent boats or enjoy the beach We're about an hour's drive through some gorgeous mountains and breathtaking views to Asheville. It's really the best of both worlds - stay in JC, avoid the crowds and pricing of AVL, but be close enough to take a daytrip if there's something in particular you want to explore.
