So, renting both, they can accommodate maximum 12 people or comfortably from 6 to 9.

in the rooms there are ceiling fans and mosquito nets on the windows You don’t need air conditioning as this is a warm building in winter and cool in summer, however, an air conditioner was provided in case in one bedroom (left side).
in each of the two living rooms, there are two tv sat, stereo with i pod input, bookcase, and a real taste of tuscany corner with specialties of food and wine of tuscany strictly selected by our staff available to be purchased by our customers
