Positive: The reception staff were the only truly helpful part of this hotel – polite and cooperative. When I forgot my wallet after checking out, I called and returned an hour later to find everything intact, which I really appreciated.

Negative: The road in front of the hotel was under construction, making it dangerous to enter at night due to poor lighting. Housekeeping never came to clean the room, and room service was very slow – I had to go down to reception for everything. Breakfast was poor, with dry pastries and limited options.

Summary: While the reception staff were great and honest, the overall service and facilities were disappointing.
