this old stone house, typical tuscany, which covers approximately 110 m2, was restored in 2009 and can accommodate up to 6 people, it is a very quiet place, ideal for meeting at home, with family or friends
you will be sheltered from prying eyes in the terrace at roof level and enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the tuscan countryside choosing to do nothing on the deck chairs or enjoy a barbecue with chianina meat typical of tuscany
the house has two terraces, one on the 1st floor facing the village on the west side, the other, at roof level, which looks to the east, with a beautiful view of the village, the surrounding countryside, the town of volterra to the far away, the town of lajatico where our famous tenor andrea bocelli was born, a place where you can sunbathe and spend pleasant summer evenings It is equipped with chairs, deck chairs, table, parasol, barbecue.
on the second floor are the two large bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and on request a baby bed and a bedroom with a double bed + bunk beds, a bathroom with also a shower, a bathtub, a bidet and a washing machine -laundry
on the first floor there is the living room with sofa and satellite tv, a kitchen with oven, hob and vacuum cleaner, fridge, dishwasher, fireplace, equipped with the necessary crockery, a large furnished living room with table with 8 places to sit and dine
about 700 meters from the house are located the two public swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, look at the photos! you can walk around and enjoy a nice walk or go by car and park freely among the olive trees in front of the entrance
