this one bedroom condo is spacious and complete with all the comforts of home, and is professionally cleaned between stays It offers a fully stocked modern kitchen with island, separate dining area and living area with cozy fireplace and queen-sized sofa bed. The unit has its own dedicated furnace and HVAC system, so the air you breathe is not shared with other units. High-speed fiber optic Internet, satellite cable TVs and in-suite laundry are also included. The unit backs onto a beautiful courtyard which is quiet and peaceful compared to many units in Canmore that face the highway or train noise. You also have your own private patio which is just steps away from shared BBQs, a fire pit seating area, additional patio tables and an outdoor hot tub that accommodates a maximum of 10 people. Heated secure underground parking is provided along with access to the fitness and games room. Our underground parkade also has a ski tuning station, two EV charging stations and bike racks. We even provide a COMPLIMENTARY DISCOVERY PASS that you and your family can borrow while visiting Banff or Yoho National Parks! If you plan to visit Kananaskis Country, you will need to purchase a Kananaskis Conservation Pass ($15/day) online or in person at the Kananaskis Visitor Information Centres (Barrier, Elbow and Peter Lougheed) or at the Canmore Nordic Centre Day Lodge. The Kananaskis pass is assigned to your vehicle's licence plate.
