This peaceful rural village is surrounded by forests and vineyards, with delightful walks, right from the door. This home-from-home is equally perfect for a relaxing family holiday or romantic get-away. It is located as a base to explore central Portugal. The excavated Roman town of Conimbriga is just 10 mins drive away and the property is within 3/4 hour driving distance to the Serra da Lousa mountains to the East, Figueira da Foz on the coast to the west & the city of Coimbra to the north.

downstairs, the house has a bathroom and a large kitchen with a washing machine and large dining table Upstairs, there are 2 small bedrooms and a spacious sitting room with lovely balcony views, DVD's, books and games. Smoking is not allowed in the house, but permitted in the patio, garden & balcony areas. All of which have fantastic views across the valley to the village chapel & mountains beyond.
