Tastefully restored, this former silkworm farm will charm you with its panoramic view of Mont Ventoux and its south-facing swimming pool that combines with the view. The back of the house consists of a studio rented by the year with a completely independent access generating no nuisance, nor any opposite.
the house is presented on 3 levels On the ground floor, pass the gate and enter a partially shaded interior courtyard serving as a parking lot. Under the porch of the house, a large covered and fully equipped laundry room (washing machine, dryer, large clothes horse) will be at your disposal.
