- off-street parking spaces are available behind the home, including 1 handicapped space The off-street parking is available on a first come first served basis. Additional parking can be found on the street.
- the kitchen and dining area, as well as the upstairs sitting area are all available as shared communal spaces with other guests
- there are outdoor security camera at both the front and back doors There are also indoor cameras that monitor the hallways; there are two downstairs positioned over the entry door and two upstairs with one over the back door and the other mounted above the entryway to the lounge area. These cameras strictly cover the hallways which are considered common areas. There are no cameras in the kitchen, lounge, or any of the suites.
