My wife and I are the owner the house and are looking to find a preferably student or full-time working professional who is clean and tidy to share the house.
a furnished, bright, quite room with a double size bed on the second floor with a share bathroom Kitchen, utility, laundry and high-speed internet are included. Street parking is available just outside of the house.
bus stop is 5 mins walk away and it could take you to guildford mall, t&t, superstore, walmart, sfu surrey campus, future ubc, and the skytrain station
we are friendly and willing to assist in any way possible to make your stay enjoyable
house rules:
check-in: 12pm / check-out: 11am
i am flexible and happy to accommodate if i can
on check-out day, please strip the bedding and leave on top of bed I will wash all the bedding myself. Thank you.

kitchen:
welcome to use the cookware in the kitchen However, please wash your dishes after each meal. Use the vent fan above the stove when cooking. Keep the fridge clean. Do not keep food for a long time in the fridge and make sure that your food is always covered with wrap or foil. Do not throw garbage into the sink. Light cooking and warming up food quietly is fine after 10pm.
bedroom:
please no hot food/meals in bedroom rooms
no shoes are allowed in the house, please take them off in the foyer No burning of candles and/or incense.
laundry room:
you will find a laundry basket in the room for your convenience You can do a load of laundry once per week. Please wash your sheets at least every 2 weeks to keep things hygienic. We will happily provide you with the detergent for your stay. Please always remember to clean out the dryer vent out, if you do not, it can cause a fire. Kindly not to use of laundry after 11pm unless you have a laundry emergency and it is arranged with the Host.
bathroom:
please tidy the bathroom after you use it daily Please do not take baths, it wastes water and occupies the shared bathroom. Always have the bathroom vent fan on when you are in the bathroom, this will help with air circulation. Please do not use or touch other guest's belongings.
payment:
must be paid the day of arrival or before arrival via e-transfer
guests are responsible to clean up after themselves Please clean kitchen, bathroom and living space daily. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum will be provided.
*reminder: no illegal activities, no visitors, no smoking, no drugs, no pets, no disrespect or aggression toward our house, our family or other guests
*we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave our home immediately if the above rules are violated and/or a guest becomes disrespectful to host or house guests
