Summary: The check in process was very easy this was my first time using Vrbo or anything like the other place they won’t let me type here so having the checkin go smoothly was a plus. Fans through out the place did not work and management promptly had a professional and another manager come to fix it unfortunately it rained for the entire twenty minutes there were there so it couldn’t get fixed the group of smaller fans that were brought in later definitely helped once played in the proper locations. The Door camera was not working just had to find some batteries and I changed those out and it worked Waterfall patio would be awesome if it worked or if anyone knew how to work it Light in bedroom and living rooms were out but were noted by the staff to fix later Optical audio cable broken in sound bar before i arrived so I didn’t get the chance to enjoy that amenity If you find the water fall part of the shower no working just run one regular shower and it will correct itself the water pressure was very low and while the water was hot it didn’t last very long making the 30min wait to fill the tub 3/4 of the way not worth the wait especially when the relaxation of the tub is cancelled out by all the sounds of the roof above. Some routine maintenance would take this place to the next level checking the batteries on the electronic peephole for the main door window cleaning and deck repairs It’s a great little place I found out it’s not in the best neighborhood from some of the locals but I have zero problems with it while I was there
