mareazul is a tropical haven It’s stunning and beautiful every which way you turn, and it’s off the beaten path, a bit north of downtown Playa del Carmen, but still close enough to 5th Avenue, where you can start far north and walk cycle or take a 5-10 min taxi ride or drive to a prime spot on 5th Ave, lined with shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, live music and more.

the condo is located in mareazul, about 53 km | 33 miles from the cancun international airport (cun) Please check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies based on the time of day. If you arrive by car, there’s a dedicated parking spot for you. If you're not renting a car, then it's best to pre-arrange airport transportation.
for any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go

we provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note when you run out, you’ll need to purchase more
there is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.
electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights) Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

interaction with guests:
this is a self-check-in property using door codes However, first you must stop at two gates to show your ID and give the security guard the address. There is one guarded gate upon entry to Corasol community and another upon entry to Mareazul. The doors to the building and to the condo have keyless entry with digital codes. These access codes will be sent to you before arrival.
