~ the only place you can walk into empty bar, barefoot with ratty shorts and a tank top , holler for service, and owner will greet you with open arms and will whip up their "special drink"
~ the handful of restaurants and take-aways may only be open every other week, on the 3rd thursday of every 2nd month and only if there is a full moon.. But, "No Worries Mon", the locals "Got" you. They will call a friend, neighbor or cousin to cook you up an amazingly, delicious Bahamian meal complete with Rice, Beans, Lobster, Conch and Fish and Slaw.
