This is a pretty little 19th Century house located within the walls of the medieval town of Dinan in Brittany.
its position in 'le jardin anglais' (the english garden) and beside the magnificent st saveur basilica is quite unique Only a few minutes walk from the centre of the town with its restaurants, crepêries, shops and bars, it is nevertheless a peaceful and idyllic area. The house has been renovated to a high standard and is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The main living area is on the first floor so that the views of the church and the garden can be enjoyed. It includes: a modern kitchen, a lounge area with multi language TV, DVD and hifi stereo, a dining area and a mezzanine office area with wifi. There are two double bedrooms, one large on the ground floor with en-suite bath, and one smaller on the top floor with en-suite shower. Although very compact, the space within the house is well designed and is ideal for one or two couples.
