Sleeps 12 total (if needed please request additional roll away). 4th bedroom features 2 twins with slide-out trundle beds and a king size bed. (sleeps 6 total) Gas grill. Just 20 minutes to Spartanburg shopping, 25 mins to Tryon, NC & Tryon International Equestrian Center, 53 mins to downtown Greenville, 1 hour to Asheville. Perfect place for a family reunion, girls weekend or fun getaway. If you are bringing a boat please be sure to check with the Lake Bowen's Warden office at 864-592-2240 or spartanburgwater.org to determine if it meets the requirements and for permit information.
