- shabbat friendly: we can provide you a shabbat hot plate, door key (to open the door manually without electronic code), fridge and refrigerator contains a button that can be taped so the light does not turn on when opened Please inform us with time.

- parking: we have +10 limited free parking spots in front of the building which are first come first serve Also, there are free public parking spots in the streets next and near the building.
- our check out time is 11 am. Due to logistics, we don’t have a lot of flexibility to move the check-out so we kindly ask you to exit the property on time. in the event that the time is not kept, there are late check out fees:
- $40 if guest(s) stay after 11:30 pm.
- full extra night cost if guest(s) stay after 12:15 pm.
- smoking is not permitted in our property, we are very strict about this policy If we find smoking traces or odor throughout the stay there is $400 fine , and the guest is expected to leave the property immediately.
