Summary: First, Wes was very communicative and kept us updated throughout the process. The house is well located just across the street from the beach which made it easy for our elderly parents to walk to it. Its also conveniently located minutes from food and shopping. Of note, the house has 2 large bedrooms with full bathrooms downstairs which makes it easy for anyone with mobility issues. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable. However, check out the house's layout because one of the bedrooms is little more than a sleeping space, but it worked fine for our purposes. My favorite spot was the lower level heated enclosed sitting area off the main room with its wide open view of the main drive. I would definitely consider returning and would hope for some updates in kitchen utensils and dinnerware. Overall, it was a great experience and I hope to return. Thanks again for your hospitality Wes!
