Positive: I like the following: 1. Good communication by the apartment manager. 2. Good facilities in the apartment 3. Prompt response to needs if arise 4. Friendliness of the neighbors
Negative: I like how dogs are around the area for security reasons but don’t like how some dogs could stay outside in in the day or evening without their owners being close to them as this may allow them to hurt children or fearful adults. I advise that while the dogs can be outside at night for security reasons, their owners should be at alert to avoid them hurting innocent people who may arrive the apartment late. Also, the dogs that stay outside during the day should be monitored by their owners to avoid them hurtling innocent people. The next thing I do not like about the area is that cars like Uber and taxi find it difficult to locate the exact address easily. The drivers spend extra time making inquiries for the exact address before arriving at the passenger’s destination. I advise that the map of the area be strengthened for easy location of the exact address by the drivers.
Summary: If the above minor weaknesses are addressed, I strongly recommend the apartment for people.
