Positive: The apartments are suitable for comfortable living. The local beach is not far away. Small grocery stores are nearby. The area is quiet and cozy.
Negative: We lived on the second floor, the neighbors on the first floor were noisy in the evenings, they had a dog and a cat. The windows of our bedrooms overlooked the inner courtyard where the neighbors below had a place to feed and sometimes walk their animals.During our nightly trips to the toilet, we always encountered Canary Island cockroaches in the bathroom. These encounters were not pleasant.
