Nestled in a tropical setting, the expansive floor plan with it's glass walls in the main living area combine the beauty of a tropical waterfront location with the comfort of the open relaxed living space. The home features a very large lanai with 2 dining tables for 10 people and a lovely seating area outside the master bedroom.
while the house has a very open floor plan, it affords privacy for all, comfortably sleeping 8 If one group chooses to watch a Netflix movie on the 60 inch TV in the family room, another group can converse or read on the other side of the home or on the spacious lanai.
there are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths The master suite features a king bed, TV and a HUGE master bath with walk in shower and soaking tub. The 2 guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home from the master. One features a king bed with a TV and sliding glass doors for a private entrance to the lanai. This bedroom is just adjacent to a walk in shower and bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and an attached third bathroom. There is also the opportunity to sleep 2 people on the queen sleeper in the family room.
