Plus, a FULLY FENCED DOG RUN for your family dog. This newly renovated home is convenient to all the local attractions, yet is situated in a quiet secure neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. It is in the coveted Cape Harbour neighborhood and is located South of Cape Coral Parkway, minutes from Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Matlacha, and the beach. You can't get a better location, complete with palm tree lined streets and biking paths.
it is on a wide sailboat channel (no bridges), minutes from the caloosahatchee river, then direct to the gulf of mexico The fishing off of the dock is great, and we provide 2 fishing poles and a tackle box. After a day of fishing or boating, relax in the private heated pool or use the hot tub. If you want to take in the town, Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks. The number one marina, dining, and shopping center (Cape Harbour) is a bike ride away from the home.
walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in brand new beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths are brand new as well. The living room is complete with brand new sofas and 55" flatscreen TV. The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. After a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub on the lanai. We provide 4 adult bikes for your use. Ride our bikes to the beaches, Cape Harbour, and Publix grocery store.
