This cozy 5 bedroom home sleeps 9 comfortably and is located within walking distance from Cape Harbour where you find restaurants, shopping, dolphin tours, music, coffee shop, and more. The location is one of the best in town, at the end of the street, and on intersecting canals with beautiful views where you can watch the boats going in and out all day. The home has all the amenities you would want in a home away from home. Direct Gulf access and a quick boat ride to Tarpon Point Marina. Not to mention, daily sightings of dolphins right off the backyard dock.
large master suite with king bed, two bedrooms downstairs including the master and three more upstairs There is a King bed, Queen bed, and two Twin beds upstairs. Large walk-in showers in all three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower on the lanai. Swimming pool can be heated if desired. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and large built-in grill outside too. Games and Movies available for family time. The best feature is the dock which wraps around the entire house, over 300 ft of dockage. Here, you will find my favorite spots with 2 tables and seating options to watch the sunrise or sunset. Also on the west side of the house is a large grassy area with two swing hammocks. A great retreat!.
