the entire house and backyard is accessible to guests and private Garage access is NOT available. It is a converted bedroom.

- the house has a four-car driveway Please park in the driveway. Please do not park in or on the grass. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the property. Boat, RV, or Trailer parking must be requested.
- beach items are provided (2 chairs, 1 beach towel per person, 1 beach umbrella and 1 small coolers)
- availble by request - pack and play, a graco convertible high chair, and a stand-alone high chair are provided We do have a 2nd pack and play available upon request. Please reach out as soon as you book if you are needing these items. We keep them at another location.
- this is a not a pet friendly home If pets are brought without approval, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
- for stays longer than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee will be accessed should a deep clean be required after your check-out For stays longer than 14 days, a deep clean will be required (+$100 cleaning fee).
