located in exclusive old mill point, you'll find this well maintained home with a private salt water pool Old Mill Point is a timeless waterfront community with several neighborhood wide events throughout the summer. The house is mere feet from an expansive private beach on Nantucket Sound. The neighborhood is located at the mouth of the Herring River and you have access to an association dock on the river. It's a great place to drop a kayak and head upstream.
