the house is beautifully decorated, ready for you to enjoy! main bedroom has a king bed and a private bath Second bedroom has 2, twin beds and the third bedroom has 1 twin bed with a second bath in between. Each bedroom has an air conditioner. There is also a day bed which can be used for sleeping. The living room has a couch and chairs. Could be a nice reading area. There is hardwood flooring throughout. The updated kitchen is fully equipped to cook including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, added Kuerig Coffee, and opens to a cathedral ceiling family room with ceiling fan and large windows to let in the sunlight! It houses a 40' flat screen Smart television with 200+ channels of cable TV. DVD/CD player and a stereo for music. Also included are an newly updated outdoor shower (Fall 2020), a laundry area with new (Fall 2020) full size stackable washer and dryer, outside Weber 3 burner grill and xfinity broadband 300mb Wi-Fi. This is a non-smoking home. No smoking allowed inside.
