all areas are available for guests to access except for the garage, where our personal belongings are stored There are storage areas on the side of the house and back patio if outdoor storage is needed. There is ample available parking in driveway and the street.

You may choose to heat the pool in the off season, but please note excessive increase in utilities (gas above $200 per month) for heating the pool during the fall/winter or water usage (over$200 per month) will be the responsibility of the tenant.
