this yachtsman condo rental has 2 bedrooms & 25 baths & is located steps away from the courtyard & heated association pool. The 1st floor offers an updated kitchen which features a breakfast bar & dining area, half bath & living room with smart TV & comfortable seating. There is a lovely private deck with outdoor dining furniture & grill. The 2nd floor has the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, smart TV, AC wall unit & en suite full bath. There is another full bath on 2nd floor with bathtub. The 2nd bedroom which sleeps 4 has 2 bunk beds (1 bunk bed has a double bottom), AC wall unit & a private balcony. Relax on the private rooftop deck & soak in the summer sun! There is a washer & dryer located in the basement. Just a short stroll to the private beach only for Yachtsman owners & renters. this waterfront complex is a unique & spectacular cape cod location!
