the ponderay cottage is a newly constructed home wholly designed for families and friends to enjoy your much needed time together! we created this space with comfort and coziness in mind if there is anything else you would love to see in this home, please let us know!
the layout: the main house has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with memory foam mattresses The primary bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom on the main floor. A smaller bedroom with a very comfortable twin day bed is also located on main floor. Radiant heat floors throughout the first floor.
the upstairs has two large bedrooms Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a twin bed, both with memory foam mattresses. Bedroom 2 has five twin bunk beds, all with memory foam mattresses. A full bathroom and workspace complete the upstairs living area.
the living room has a gas-powered fireplace to warm up the cold nights and an ac unit to cool down those hot summer days Don't want to go out and eat? We have a fully stocked kitchen for those that love to cook and plenty of coffee making options to get you going in the morning.

need additional space for extended family or friends? our private, fully furnished apartment above the 2-car garage is your answer This unit can sleep 4 comfortably.
