It has 2 floors: On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 outside patio areas (one of the patios is overlooking the pool area and ocean). There is a staircase inside the condo leading to the breezy rooftop terrace (also overlooking the ocean), with a lot of additional seating, and also a full bathroom.
the condo is equipped with a bbq, 4 foldable beach chairs, 12 beach towels, bathroom towels, a laundry/dryer There is wireless internet, a DVD player. There are 4 TVs (1 in living room, 1 in each bedroom), all Roku set-up (you can access Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc).
the condominium is fully gated There is a family-friendly bar right by the beach as well as a kayak/boat rental within 2 minute walking distance. Buye Beach is beautiful! Turquoise, calm and warm water, no rocks.
