This exceptionally private artist's home with a salt pool in a tropical landscaped fully fenced backyard and a large screened porch, surrounded by palm trees. is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, only 10-12 mns to St Pete beach , Treasure Island, Sunset beach or downtown St Petersburg. Or 5 mns to the old Florida downtown Gulfport and one block to Pinellas trail. In other words close to everything. We welcome most well behaved dogs that are friendly to other dogs and people . We will consider large dogs over 50lbs depending on breed and character and we may charge a pet fee for each dog or not. if you have miniature or very small dogs we may waive the fee or we may allow up to 3. Please message us before booking if you are traveling with pets .
Our environmentally (only green cleaning products and no pesticides) and pet friendly1400 sqft home ( plus the 300 sqft porch) is our own home half the year and not just a generic vacation rental. We offer a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite counter and stainless appliances , great AC and ceiling fans in all rooms, very comfortable firm beds with all cotton linen, each bedroom with its own bathroom, both stylish with beautiful tile work and coordinated towels, nice furniture pieces throughout the house , a lot of art work on the walls , ceramics from around the world and other one of a kind objects to make this stay uniquely comfortable and enjoyable. We are new to this vacation rental platform, but we are experienced hosts and over forty perfect reviews on another.
