built in 1935, the house was renovated into a duplex; two private units in 2017-18 Unit E where you will be staying is a one bedroom cottage featuring five rooms with an old Florida feel and modern day conveniences. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, living room with 55 inch television/roku remote, comfortable queen bed, full sized bath with tub and shower, sitting room/office and indoor laundry room. Your comfort is assured with central air conditioning and heat at your control.
