Walk to restaurants, shopping, beach, Falmouth Harbor, and the Island Queen Ferry for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard. Less than a mile to the finish line of the Falmouth Road Race and close to the Shining Sea Bike Trail. Trolley to Woods Hole is just a stone’s throw away.
the first floor has a brand new full bathroom with a walk-in shower off the kitchen, a queen bedroom, a bright front living room with a comfy sectional, a sleeper sofa and cable tv, a fully equipped kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook that overlooks the beautiful landscaped backyard and patio area Off the kitchen is the dining room that seats 8 comfortably. Down the hall is a newly renovated full bathroom with combination tub/shower. Across is a bedroom with a trundle bed that can be used as 2 twin beds or converted to a king. The first floor has central air conditioning and there are wall units in each of the bedrooms on the second floor.
