this 2,000 square foot house offers open living areas to a gorgeous views of beautiful lake ripley The upper level has a living room, dinning area, 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and a full kitchen. The lower level includes 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, sitting room, laundry & screened in porch. Dock and boat lift have just been added/installed making it a breeze to dock almost any boat during your stay. You'll love the calm waters & no wake til after 11 a.m. for fishing, kayaking, paddle boards, etc. Included is a detached 2 car garage w/bonus loft area, which includes a ping pong table, couch, AC and heat, fridge and dining area. Excellent location w/easy access to Hwy. 12, golf course, bowling alley, charming downtown & other dining options.
