Summary: It's a perfectly decent place to stay. I can recommend it but with a few caveats. The building is older and quirky. There is a small underground garage that only connects to the lobby and elevator by stairs. The unit I stayed in, although advertised as a penthouse, was not actually the penthouse (4th floor of a 5 story building). The unit is recently renovated and large. Much nicer than you would find in a moderate to high end hotel. But with some interesting design choices. The kitchen and bathroom counter tops are laminate, which although new, gives a cheaper feel. Not what one would expect at this price point. The view is great, directly over Kelowna Park. You are directly next to Lawrence Ave with high end stores and many restaurants and eateries. Short walking distance to a Safeway and Anytime Fitness. Unfortunately as comes with most downtown centres these days, there is a high homeless population in the area.
