With parking for 2 cars and just a 10 min stroll to the ocean, this house is set over 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a lovely sunny garden! The spacious, bright fully equipped kitchen with dining area seats up to 6 guests and has a feature pond in the garden. The living room has two sofas plus a TV. Close to the seafront, promenade and Leisure Centre, you can also walk to the local high street to browse through Worthing's coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants.

the kitchen and dining area have tonnes of natural daylight pouring in from the conservatory that opens out onto a lovely, large sunny garden with feature pond and patio area The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The large dining table seats up to 6 guests.
