Positive: It's super small and yet feels big for the size. Perfect for 2 adults... however, our plans changed last minute, and we had to bring our 5'10" 13 yr old grandson with us. We made do, and he slept on a pallet of blankets on the floor... which our host didn't approve of. It's well equipped with all you would need for coffee and snacks. There's also a well stocked bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and bath soap.
Negative: I'm a light sleeper, and I like it dark and quiet when I sleep. The tiny window unit was great for cooling off the space, but it was loud. The adorable outdoor lights strung across the trees were perfect for sitting outside at night but created too much light inside when sleeping.
