House in the heart of Bedarrides, a traditional quiet small village between Avignon and Orange, close to vineyards of Southern Rhone and Chateau Neuf du Papes. Ideal base for exploring Provence. The top of the house has been converted into a very sunny large roof terrace. It has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room and shaded balcony overlooking a quiet square in the heart of the village. It sleeps 5 people (plus a cot). As it is an old house built in the traditional stone of the area, it keeps cool in the summer. There is a garage & bicycles. The village has wonderful bakeries and pastries, as well as other small shops for daily requirements. There is a children's playground near the Church a few minutes away. A river runs through the village. it has the advantage of being in a typically provençal village which is quiet & yet has many nearby attractions including the avignon festival and lots of children's activities from riding to adventure playground
