Located in north county San Diego, its tranquil setting combined with close proximity to many convenient and tourist locations is optimal for quiet, relaxing, yet fun and exciting Southern California living. A gorgeous view, the house sits on 1 acre and is complete with two covered outdoor patios that include an outdoor living room, jacuzzi, and an outdoor fireplace, it also has beautiful landscaping: palms, bamboo, citrus trees, vegetable garden, avocado trees and many many different varieties of local vegetation. Chickens too! Fresh eggs are available daily. The indoor space is open and inviting. It has a large great room, fully stocked, updated kitchen, with custom cabinetry and a large pantry, and three updated, full bathrooms. It also includes two master suites, a wood burning stove, and forced air heating and cooling. Excellent for kids, a children’s play area both indoors and out, including many toys and books. Centrally located, this property is 10 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from San Diego Safari Park, 45 minutes from the Zoo and Seaworld, 20 minutes from Legoland and 1 hour 15 minutes from Disneyland.
