The newly built Casita is secluded on an amazing 3 acre property in the hills of Vista in North County San Diego. With sprawling views of the surrounding mountains, Carlsbad city lights, and hot air balloons above Del Mar, the Casita is flooding with natural light. Guests enjoy European oak wood floors, 2 patios, marble countertops, custom south facing French doors, central air and full size washer/dryer. Location is minutes from the Carlsbad beaches with easy access to San Diego highways.
the brand new spanish style home was finished in jan 2023 featuring smooth stucco, mudded tile roof, exposed wooden beams, marble countertops, oak wood floors and saltillo tiles. Guests enjoy breathtaking views with custom windows and french doors along with a private separate gated entrance and parking available for up to 4 vehicles. The property has beautiful landscaping including DG (decomposed granite) for easy access, citrus and olive trees. Netflix/Hulu/Amazon/Disney+/internet/utilities all included with 65 inch smart TV. Rest your head on a King bed with a firm and comfy mattress by Sealy Posturepedic in the master bedroom. There is an air mattress available too. The kitchen features all brand new Samsung appliances including gas range hood oven, stove top, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator and freezer with filtered water/ice. Central Air/Heat throughout. The Casita also has a full sized washer and dryer.
