This cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath and is near the boat dock. There is a trail to the lake with parking down there for your trailer (please note that there is not space to park a trailer next to the cottage unless it is very small). There is a full kitchen which includes a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer. The 10 acre property goes down to the lake where you can enjoy some of the best fishing in Kentucky. There is plenty of room to explore on the property and there are trails nearby. Winter guests should be aware that we are unable to remove snow from the walks and driveway so you stay at your own risk. Kentucky often has very mild winters so feel free to book your winter getaway with knowledge that if a snow storm is predicted for the area that you may cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel before your check-in date. If you must leave during your stay because of winter weather we will refund the daily rate for any days left in your stay but know that VRBO does not refund their fees when there is a partial refund.
